Heavily insured, and we answer the phone.

The most common complaint about snow contractors is not price. It is the no-show, and the voicemail that never gets returned. Ask any company you are considering these four things.

  • We answer the phone.Mitchell Croy owns and runs the company. Call 319-241-2004 and you reach someone who can actually send a truck.
  • Heavily insured.General liability, auto, and workers compensation. Certificates go to your office before the season starts, not after you ask twice.
  • The route is capped. We do not take more properties than our trucks can hold. That is why we stop signing accounts once the routes fill up.
  • Twenty years on the same lots.Since 2006 in Cedar Rapids, Marion, Coralville, North Liberty, and Iowa City. Some of these properties have been ours the entire time.
